How to know you are genuine?
- We’re a Govt. Registered NGO in Dehradun empowering underprivileged women. Every product is handmade by our trained women, and your purchase directly supports their income. What are the payment options and delivery mode?
- Orders can be placed on Instagram/whatsapp. On website, bag selection and address submission can be done. Payments to be done using UPI/Internet Banking.
- COD is not available.
- Parcel delivery is done through India Post which generally takes 6-9 days (Shipping free).
- For urgent orders, DTDC option available but extra fee applicable (Rs 250 for single bag).

What if product to be returned/exchanged?
- Although we have barely received any complaints, in case if still needs to be exchanged or returned, you can parcel it back to our address.
- Upon receiving the parcel, we will return the total amount after deducting our courier charges (ex. Rs 60 for a single bag parcel).

Can bags be washed?
- Yes, bags can be Handwashed. Cloth used are high quality cotton canvas and denim (350 GSM), they do not fade on washing.
- Handpainted colors used are acrylic and iron pressed and do not give away colors.
- For embroidery, threads used are high quality with fast colors and do not bleed colors.
